Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our services. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use our services.

1. Interpretation and Definitions

1.1. Interpretation

Words with initial capital letters have specific meanings as defined under the following conditions. These definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural form.

1.2. Definitions

• Company (referred to as “the Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Tant Inc.

• Client refers to any individual or entity who engages the services of the Company for photography and/or videography services.

• Service refers to wedding photography and videography provided by the Company, including but not limited to engagement sessions, wedding day coverage, and post-production editing.

• Agreement refers to this legally binding contract between you and the Company.

• Final Images refer to the fully edited digital photographs and/or video files delivered to the Client after processing.

• RAW Files refer to unprocessed, unedited digital images or video footage captured by the Photographer or Videographer.

• Website refers to www.alisatant.com.

• Usage Rights refer to the permissions granted to the Client for personal and professional use of the final delivered images and videos.

2. Booking and Payment

2.1. A signed contract and a non-refundable retainer fee of 30% of the total package price are required to secure the booking. Until both conditions are met, the Company does not guarantee availability.

2.2. The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before the event date. If payment is not received by the due date, the Company reserves the right to cancel the booking without a refund.

2.3. Payments are non-refundable except in cases of cancellation by the Company due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

3. Wedding Day Coverage & Creative Control

3.1. The Company retains full creative control over the images and videos, including but not limited to selection, editing style, lighting, and color grading.

3.2. The Photographer/Videographer shall not be held responsible for any missed moments due to environmental conditions, guest interference, or venue restrictions.

3.3. The Client acknowledges that the Company is not liable for weather conditions, venue lighting, or external factors that may affect the quality of the final product.

4. Image and Video Selection & Editing

4.1. The Company will select and edit images at its discretion based on professional judgment and artistic standards. The Client shall receive only the images and videos the Company deems professional in quality.

4.2. RAW files will not be delivered to the Client under any circumstances. All final images and videos will be fully edited in accordance with the Company’s artistic style.

4.3. The Client is prohibited from applying additional edits, filters, or modifications to the delivered images and videos, including social media filters. The Client agrees to use the final images only in their originally delivered format.

5. Client Usage Rights

5.1. The Client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use of the final images and videos.

5.2. The Client may share the final images and videos on social media, personal websites, or prints, provided that credit is given to the Company (@al.tant on Instagram or www.tant.pro).

5.3. The Client may NOT use images or videos for commercial purposes, resale, or third-party advertising without prior written consent from the Company. Additional fees apply for commercial licensing.

5.4. The Client may not submit images or videos to contests, publications, or blogs without prior approval from the Company.

6. Vendor and Third-Party Use

6.1. The Company reserves the right to share images and videos with vendors involved in the wedding (florists, venues, dress designers, etc.) for marketing purposes unless the Client explicitly declines in writing.

6.2. The Company may use images and videos for its own promotional materials, portfolio, website, social media, and marketing purposes unless the Client requests otherwise in writing.

7. Cancellation & Rescheduling

7.1. If the Client cancels the booking, the retainer fee is non-refundable.

7.2. If the event is postponed or rescheduled, the Company will attempt to accommodate the new date. If the new date is unavailable, the retainer fee will be forfeited.

7.3. If the Company must cancel the booking due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued, or an equivalent replacement photographer/videographer will be provided.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. The Company’s liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the service. If no payment was made, liability shall not exceed $100 USD.

8.2. The Company shall not be liable for lost files, digital malfunctions, accidental deletion, or corruption of files.

8.3. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, emotional distress, or reputational damages.

9. Copyright and Intellectual Property

9.1. All images and videos remain the intellectual property of Tant Inc.

9.2. The Client may not sell, alter, or claim authorship of the images or videos.

9.3. If the Client wishes to purchase additional rights, a separate agreement must be made with the Company.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

10.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, United States.

10.2. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall first be attempted to be resolved informally. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration.

11. Age Restriction

11.1. The Client must be 18 years or older to enter into this Agreement.

11.2. The Company does not permit individuals under 18 years of age to use its services or enter into legally binding contracts.

12. Changes to These Terms

12.1. The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any material changes via email or website updates.

12.2. By continuing to use the Service after changes take effect, the Client agrees to be bound by the revised Terms.
